This bright and sunny room offers a breakfast area with views onto the garden. The spacious dining room, with extendable table seating 6-8, offers a comfortable area for main meals and opens onto a roomy sitting room with leather suite (3-seater sofa bed, 2-seater sofa and chair), SkyTV and woodburning stove. This area can be curtained off to provide privacy at night, or just to be cosy in the winter time.

All accommodation is at ground level:There is a twin bedroom and a double, the latter offering lovely views of the garden and with space for a cot if required. The bedrooms are furnished in pine throughout.
